He discussed foods that harm and foods that heal. Increased milk consumption in adults actually leads to weaker bones. dairy is linked to type I diabetes and autoimmune disease. Quinoa, black or brown rice, coconut butter and avocado are good vegetarian foods. Eating handful of nuts regularly 3 to 4 times a week increases life span. High fructose corn syrup should be avoided. Focusing on gut health can reduce most of chronic ailments. Extra virgin olive oil is good for health. John Robbins commented that Dr. Hyman is more curious than religious.

All these ingredient should be compared to symphony of ingredients in diet, individually they are not that important.
