Creating A Block Free Mindset

People have lots of mental blocks standing in way of their success. These are created by stinking thinking, influence of the socio-economic situations in their lives or their upbringing conditions. These are called bugs in their sub-conscious mind. These bugs are major contributors to most failure.
Success people have no bugs in their sub-conscious mind as far as things they do to be successful. They might plenty of other blocks but things they need to be successful, they are completely bug free. That is the reason they become successful.

Let us take example of sports person. They have no hesitation in succeeding in sports because they have no bugs to stop them in that area. But they may not be good husbands, friends, etc, because they have lot of blocks or bugs in those areas of their thinking. All these bugs can be removed from your mind and they can have success in those areas by consciously working on them.

It does not matter how big blocks you have in a mind. All can be removed one at a time. Same way you will answer the question. How will you eat an elephant? Answer is “one bite at a time.”

If you want to be successful you should set your mind to remove those bugs from your sub-conscious one at time. So let us get started. We have success waiting for us at the finish line!

Smile Or Be Sad Who Chooses For You?

Lot of people say, this person makes me feel sad, that person makes me happy. It is because we are letting our own feelings controlled by the actions of others. Like someone makes you happy when he does …… thing or she makes me feel very upset when she fights with me. Fact is you feel a response as an emotion to the action of others. It is not others who make you feel happy or sad; it is your sub-conscious mind which triggers that feeling in you based on the set of programs constantly running in your mind. You with proper training of your conscious mind can change your sub-conscious mind. Here is how:

Acknowledge that you feel whichever way, is automatic response of your sub-conscious mind and nothing more or less. Be aware of it. This will make a basis for change in your response.
• Suppose you don’t like your automatic response to certain stimulus from other people, then you should make a conscious effort not to react the way you do in spite of actions of others. You can consciously chose not to react that way by giving your brain a reason or explanation that will play down the other person’s action. It is tough in beginning, but as keep explaining to yourself and play down the actions of others, you will be successful in changing your response for good.
• Once you did that you will learn to respond to any actions of others after discerning and making the choice.
• This is only step needed to make you feel the way you want to feel without associating with how others treat you or interact with you. Now you are in control of how you feel.
Don’t blame others for how you feel, be in control of it and feel the way you want! It will make you great negotiator and successful in everything you do.

Training Your Sub-conscious Mind To Believe You

Repetition of a sentence periodically can change the way your sub-conscious behave. Suppose you are fearful of doing something, if you start saying that “I can do it” again and again, it will drive the message into your sub-conscious mind. Result – your hesitation to do whatever it is will be reduced and eventually you will enough confidence to do the task.

This way you are feeding positive information to your sub-conscious mind and you will become a positive, energetic and powerful individual. Principle is very similar to self talk, on which I wrote a blog little earlier. This way you can make yourself achieve anything you want with appropriate suggestion to sub-conscious mind. You are in control and capable of modifying your sub-conscious with affirmations.

Napoleon Hill Said, “If a human mind can Conceive it, and make himself to believe it, it can achieve it.” He also said, “you have to create a burning desire to accomplish it and basically be obsessed with completing that dream.”

Here are three things you can do to be able to realize your dream:

Define your dream. Make clear to yourself what your dream is and what it is not.
Change your beliefs by consciously training your sub-conscious mind.
Create a burning desire to achieve it. Just like being obsessed with it.

You must have a singleness of purpose and believe in it one hundred percent that you can achieve it.

Make Conscious Choices To Be A Happy Person

Ralph Waldo Emerson said: “For every minute you are angry you lose sixty seconds of happiness.”

So what you rather have, happiness or anger choice is yours? In any situation there is always an alternative and it is up to the individual to make a choice. No one is controlling, but the inner blocks you have already in your sub-conscious mind. If you really want to happy take conscious charge of your mind. Break those blocks one at a time till you are ready to make right choices. Do small changes at a time so that your sub-conscious mind does not feel threaten with the changes your are installing. Soon you can be much happier person.

Empower Yourself BY Making YOU Chose Between Choices

Give yourself power to choose between two choices. This is powerful tool which make you accept changes in your behavior very easily. Your sub-conscious mind will not make any road blocks in accepting those changes.

Suppose you want to change your dietary habit. Instead of eating junk food give yourself a choice between two healthy foods. Your mind will select one of the two choices without thinking about any other food. Since you are letting your own mind decide what you should eat, it will not show any resistance to the idea of eating healthy food. When you do it every time you eat it will eventually create a new habit of eating a healthy food. Remember your mother asking you if you wanted to eat your carrots and broccoli, or just your broccoli. You said either carrots and broccoli or Broccoli and eat it without further complaining. Well even as adults your mind works same way, so you should take advantage of this technique and create new habits to make you successful in life.

Giving you a choice is very painless way to improve chances of success in any endeavor.

Ways To Make Law Of Attraction Work

In Law Of Attraction, like attracts like. It is true. So if you have to get abundance in your life, you must send vibrations of abundance in your life to the Universe. Since the events all over the world are so negative it is not easy to create feeling abundance in your life. There are quite a few ways of creating the feeling of abundance in life but here are three important one:

• Start your day with Gratitude is most important. When you arise in morning start your day by saying “THANK YOU.” Saying these two words set you up for whole day of gratitude feelings. You can follow these words with anything you like “thank you for waking me up healthy and giving me another day in wonderful world to enjoy my life.”
Carry actual money with you all the time. Again it does not matter how much money, so long it is real money. This will make every part of you vibrate the feeling that you always have money, which will be a true statement because you are making sure you carry some money on you. Start in the beginning with whatever denomination you can afford. This will allow your sub-conscious mind to make a shift from scarcity to abundance mentality. You can increase denomination amount you as you will start feeling abundant.
• Next thing to do is mentally spending the money you carry without actually spending it. This way you can spend again and again. Just visualize the spending in your mind’s eye. Spend it on whatever you desire. If you feel lack of money just touch the money you are carrying. This will reassure your sub-conscious mind that you always have the money available.

Driving Tip To Success Principle

Today I might look like that I am writing on an off topic, not in any way related to achieving success. But it is related to success principles I have been blogging about.

Have you observed while driving everyone hits the pot hole on the road even though all tried to avoid it consciously? When they trying to avoid hitting the pot hole on the road they are looking at it while driving. Your sub-conscious mind is following your eyes. Since you are looking at the pot hole it is taking you over the pot hole. It is taking you to the place where you are concentrating.

Now let us do an experiment. When you see a pot hole on the road and you don’t want to hit it. Do not look at the pot hole, instead look at the part of road which if you go over will avoid hitting the pot hole. As you did this your sub-conscious mind will take over and make you steer over to the right part of the road and you will not hit the pot hole. Try this neat little trick. It will work all the time.

Now what happened here? Your subconscious mind followed the directions of your conscious mind without you being aware of it. This happens all the time in our daily life. Lesson here is to be successful don’t think of things you want to avoid. Think of things which will help you achieve your goals and make you successful. This is one more pearl of wisdom to help you along the way.
