Gratitude Melts Away The Stress By Bringing Positive Feelings In Your Life

When you are going through tough times, it makes you feel very negative about life. Then one always starts blaming circumstances, other people in life like family, friends, employer and society at large. Can you change anything by creating this feeling? You Can’t change anything by feeling like that.The reason is you can’t control circumstances, or the people surrounding these circumstances. Stress is a negative feeling which can be reduced by having more of positive feelings.

There is need for despair. Good news is here. You can change all that negativity by simple exercise of saying gratitude as often as you can. Start with anything that makes you happy. Suppose you have a friend whose company you like and who make you smile just by being there for you when you need him most. So be thankful for that. Positivity created by gratitude will soon make a major shift in your life.

Reduce Your Load Of Things You Have

People always com plain that they need this thing or that thing. It is OK to desire for more things. Question to understand is that, do you need all those things. There is rule called 80/20 rule which means that we only use 20% of things we own or have. So what we do with 80% of things. Those are things which create clutter and negative vibes in our lives.

Ask yourself a question what you need right now at this moment, not one hour, one week, or one month from now. Then proceed to get rid of things you do not need at present. That will streamline your life. Even if there is no other reason, just get rid of things to make a room for more new things to come.

You can get rid of them by giving away to needy or sell it by various means and in the process make some money. There is nothing wrong with getting extra money. Use money as a vehicle to give you options to make your as well as people’s (you care about) lives better. That will increase your happiness.

There Is A Science Behind Positive Thinking

William James in 1890 propagated the idea that our thoughts can change the structure and function of our brains. The Science behind the positive thinking is called neuroplasticity. It is now a known fact that our brains constantly dynamic and are fully adaptable.

Our brains have power to change its own structure. It is happening in people with serious situations like stroke, mental challenges and cerebral palsy. They change in life altering way.

Now what the relationship between positive thinking and you as person? Science has proven that positive thinking and positive activity can rewire your brain and strengthen areas of the brain that stimulate a positive feeling. Ultimately when your positive feelings ball becomes bigger than negative feelings ball, your personality changes. You morph into a positive person and that is when positive thing start happening to you automatically.

So let us resolve to work on our thoughts consistently till we change our future world into a positive world where everyone gives a hoot about other’s feeling. We can really have a beautiful world!
