What you experience in your life depends upon what you are paying attention to. Life is mixture of both positive and negative things happening all the time. If you start paying attention to negative things you feel rush of negative things in your life all the time. It makes you feel as if life is falling apart. You feel helpless. On the other hand if you start looking at the positive things happening in your life which are going right. Soon you will start seeing more of good things in your life. You will observe a chain of circumstances indicating more of positive things coming in forefront and negativity will start reducing.
My suggestion is look for positive things as you go on your life journey.Then smile and be thankful to the Universe for the good things you see. Your life will improve tremendously.
