Smile Breaks The Communication Barriers

When you smile at someone when you meet even though you met them first time or during a conversation they unconsciously smile back at you. When they smile at you they feel happy about it. That is a good positive feeling and it will facilitate your conversation in a positive way. That is good for achieving whatever your goal is.

So smile to greet the people if you are in an unknown environment and during conversation with the people you don’t know that will help you create a positive atmosphere, which will be conducive to success in whatever your goal may be.

Avoid Interaction With Arrogant People

People come with all kind of qualities in their personalities. Qualities which bring the negative vibes in your life because of interaction with them should be avoided and stayed away from. Just as you would avoid putting toxins in your bodies, I would prefer to keep the negative vibes of such people from my life. I will attempt to give you some ideas about qualities of such person’s one at time in future blogs.

Today’s topic is about arrogance as quality to be avoided. There is big difference between confidence and arrogance. Confidence inspires you. Confident people accept other people’s confidence in them and encourage them. It is a positive vibration.

Arrogance is quality in the people who think they always know best. They think themselves to be superior to others. They will never be happy with confidence in you because it messes with their arrogance. This is a big time negative feeling and must be avoided. Try you best to stay away from the negative people with arrogance. They will hinder your success.

Training Your Sub-conscious Mind To Believe You

Repetition of a sentence periodically can change the way your sub-conscious behave. Suppose you are fearful of doing something, if you start saying that “I can do it” again and again, it will drive the message into your sub-conscious mind. Result – your hesitation to do whatever it is will be reduced and eventually you will enough confidence to do the task.

This way you are feeding positive information to your sub-conscious mind and you will become a positive, energetic and powerful individual. Principle is very similar to self talk, on which I wrote a blog little earlier. This way you can make yourself achieve anything you want with appropriate suggestion to sub-conscious mind. You are in control and capable of modifying your sub-conscious with affirmations.

Gratitude Melts Away The Stress By Bringing Positive Feelings In Your Life

When you are going through tough times, it makes you feel very negative about life. Then one always starts blaming circumstances, other people in life like family, friends, employer and society at large. Can you change anything by creating this feeling? You Can’t change anything by feeling like that.The reason is you can’t control circumstances, or the people surrounding these circumstances. Stress is a negative feeling which can be reduced by having more of positive feelings.

There is need for despair. Good news is here. You can change all that negativity by simple exercise of saying gratitude as often as you can. Start with anything that makes you happy. Suppose you have a friend whose company you like and who make you smile just by being there for you when you need him most. So be thankful for that. Positivity created by gratitude will soon make a major shift in your life.

Laughter Is The Best Medicine

Researchers Dr. Lee Berk and Dr. Stanley Tan at the Loma Linda University in California have proven laughter has great health benefits:

Laughing lowers blood pressure
Reduces stress level
Improves cardiac health
Improves immunity by boosting T Cell production
• Starts the release of endorphins
• Produces the feeling of confidence
• Creates a state of well being
• Creates a positive attitude
• works the abs, laughter make stomach muscle expand and contract in a way similar to exercise

So improve your life in lot of ways start laughing regularly. More you laugh, healthier you will stay. Laughing also alkalinise the blood. In alkaline state one disease state can survive. It kills all the diseased cells in the body. On the top of all above mentioned benefits, it does not cost you anything. So laugh to your heart’s content. There Is A Science Behind Positive Thinking

William James in 1890 propagated the idea that our thoughts can change the structure and function of our brains. The Science behind the positive thinking is called neuroplasticity. It is now a known fact that our brains constantly dynamic and are fully adaptable.

Our brains have power to change its own structure. It is happening in people with serious situations like stroke, mental challenges and cerebral palsy. They change in life altering way.

Now what the relationship between positive thinking and you as person? Science has proven that positive thinking and positive activity can rewire your brain and strengthen areas of the brain that stimulate a positive feeling. Ultimately when your positive feelings ball becomes bigger than negative feelings ball, your personality changes. You morph into a positive person and that is when positive thing start happening to you automatically.

So let us resolve to work on our thoughts consistently till we change our future world into a positive world where everyone gives a hoot about other’s feeling. We can really have a beautiful world!
