  2. Second interview was Dr. Daniel Amen on The Brain Warrior’s Way.Daniel is a double board-certified psychiatrist and a 10 time New York Times bestselling author. He is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, and one of the world’s leading edge pioneers in understanding the art and science of brain health. You’ll learn from Daniel what it takes to become a warrior for your brain health – and to stay sharp at any age. He discussed about epigenetics. He said we have a choice about what we eat. We can reduce exposure to toxins by eating food low in hierarchy. He commented on the relationship between the diet and ADD disorder. His opinion is nutritional supplements use does not hurt you but should be taken on basis of holistic approach. Reason for that according to him is because there are multiple conditions you need to improve not a single entity. Also he said spend time with the people like whom you to want to become. That can lead you to get their habits.
  3. Caryn Hartglass gave revolutionary recipe of the day named Gut-healing mineral-rich mushroom broth.
  4.
