Nothing helps you better to create a positive attitude than daily saying of positive affirmations. When you say positive things aloud it gives your sub-conscious mind something positive to base your future decision on. Saying those positive affirmations routinely make your sub-conscious mind believe them. Affirmations are nothing else, but a positive statements which bring positive energy into your present moment. Affirmations are the tools to communicate with your sub-conscious mind so that you can control the way you feel. Use them as frequently as possible to bring positivity to your thoughts whenever you need them. What affirmations you say, I will leave them to your own choice depending upon your faith and beliefs.
I myself often use following : JE TU MERE VAL HAI TAAN KIA MUSHHENDA TU SUBH KUSH MENU SAUPIA JA TERA BANDA LAKHMI TORH NAAN AVHI KHAI KHURCH RHENDA LAKH CHAURASSI MEDNI,SUBH SEV KRANDA ….. This affirmation from Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji has been doing great for me.
Pick up any positive thought presented in your own faith and say it aloud every day. It will do wonders to your thought process and bring positivity in your life.
