Lot of people are so much focused that forget to listen what the other person is saying, instead they concentrated on what they are going to say next and what will be effect of what other person had said on them. They hear words loud and clear but they are not able to comprehend what is being said to them.
There is simple way to avoid all this – “ask questions.” People like to know that you are listening and clarification questions indicate to them that you are listening attentively. You will be amazed that how much appreciation you will gain by doing so. People will know that you care about their conversation and will respect you for it.
A good healthy conversation will help you to be a success magnet.
